Independently organized and managed user tests of the Chinese market for a global project called 'Build and Talk.' Conducted in-depth interviews with Chinese parents and kids and analyzed the data to enhance digital user experience.

Used Power BI to organize survey data, conduct data cleaning and transformation, visualize data, and generate insightful reports.

Designed and tested prototypes for website, leading 1 focus group workshop with 5+ stakeholders to gather insights and improve UI efficiency and intuitiveness, resulting in a 20% increase in user satisfaction. Presented findings to over 10 stakeholder groups at an Open Exhibition.

Designed the entire architecture and User Interface of a gamification community APP for science fiction fans, providing an engaging experience from concept to execution. Collaborated with a cross-functional SCRUM-based team.

Researched, defined, and validated functions through collaboration with Project Managers, developers, and game consultants. Conducted 10+ targeted user interviews and competitor analyses to drive product innovation.

Iterated multiple times to create high-fidelity prototypes for both the mobile APP and desktop website through wireframing, rapid prototyping. Conducted user test with 20+ early adopters, resulting in a 25% increase in user satisfaction.

Prepared 2 Design Requirement Documents for developers. App V1.0 launched in Q4 2021. Collected feedback and insights to inform the rapid iteration of Version 2.0.
